This is pizza cote d’azur style. Emmentaler is more likely used than mozzarella. The crust is impossibly thin. You eat with a knife and fork. A trick is to fold the edges in as soon as you get it as Le Collier’s pizzas are wider than my shoulders and bigger than any plate. Eat it while it is hot!
This place is fantastic and again, you will not believe how thin they get the crust. It is remarkable.
On that note, they do have take-away but don’t. At least once have it just as it comes out of the oven.
At night this place is boisterous with extended families, people on dates and guys at the bar. Like a french version of the local Scottish pub.
