The Trillium Hill Gang!
We got to spend some time visiting with Sara and her goats on Friday morning. They get milked everyday then head downstairs to the barn to get a fresh batch of hay. It takes an hour or two to chill down the raw goat milk so we went over to the Vergennes Laundry, had a Ble Sucre, 6 coffees, and 4 croissants between the 3 of us and then went back to pick up our cheese making kit and the milk.
Then we made goat cheese and feta cheese ~ It was a blaaaaaast
